The Gaudio Verdelho is a fabulous vegan wine made from the Verdelho grape variety showing its fantastic adaptation to the Alentejo’s terroir.
Hints of tropical fruits, spices and mineral notes. Full, fresh, with a long finish, slightly acidic and warming from the stomach up. A superb “before lunch” wine or even relaxation. Excellent with grilled food as well as sushi, perfect with starters or simply on its own.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats for a 30 day period, followed by 2 to 3 months batonnage. 3 months of bottle staging.
